Our vacancies


We'll need you to deliver effective solutions to our customers - predominantly through our market-leading product, OneHub - ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences. You will be offering advice to customers on benefit options within the flexible benefit scheme, writing scheme designs for a range of products, working closely with the wider team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship.

If you have previous contact centre operations experience and fancy joining a workplace which strives to make a difference, moves at lightning speed and is a little bit unique, we'd love to hear from you. This role will require you to be hands on, adaptable and solutions driven.

The best place I've ever worked at!

The whole team are so friendly and the culture and energy is incredible. They're incredibly flexible on working patterns and style, and the offices are amazing! Plus there's so much social stuff and bonuses just because they want to give everyone a positive experience at work - stuff like parties, social nights, christmas, easter, valentines events, a day off for your birthday etc. all of it for free! Our own in-house learning and development centre gives every single Benefexer the opportunity to expand their knowledge and branch out into other areas of the business. Whether you're looking to improve your employee benefits knowledge and progress your career, or you just want to dip into something new, we can make it happen.
