You may know of some of our customers like BT, Skyscanner, Bank of America and Deliveroo. This role offers an opportunity to work with our fantastic customer base. You'll be helping them to create an exceptional experience for their employees, enabling them to recruit and retain the very people who will in turn deliver their own strategic ambitions.
We'll need you to deliver effective solutions to our customers - predominantly through our market-leading product, OneHub - ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences. You will be offering advice to customers on benefit options within the flexible benefit scheme, writing scheme designs for a range of products, working closely with the wider team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills (verbal and written!) as you’ll be preparing customer documentation and reports, and regularly presenting to customers. You’ll need to have an ability to build relationships quickly at all levels - and in varying types of organisations - so that you are seen as a trusted adviser who can push boundaries, achieve results and exceed customer expectations. You will also need an eye for detail as you’ll be responsible for creating the scheme designs and assisting through the testing process before the scheme goes live. You need to be comfortable taking ownership for customers with a delivery-focused outlook, proactively managing your own time, and being open to new ideas.
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in successfully managing customer engagement, ideally either in an Accounting, Human Resources or Consultancy role. You will also be able to prioritise and manage competing demands within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. As part of the role, you will receive training on employee benefits (however, prior experience of this is advantageous), and you would benefit from an interest in understanding the structure and tax treatment of benefits.
