Data Services Team Leader

We are looking for a Data Services Team Leader to join our existing team, managing the team of inbound and outbound processors of data for our clients and providers. We provide a core function to the business and the clients we service, and your role is a key part of our success. You’ll be driven and motivated to deliver quality reports within agreed timescales, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we continue to succeed as a team.

What will you be doing?

You will be providing amazing people management for the data services team carrying out one-to-ones, supporting personal development and ensuring that every member of the team are demonstrating the right behaviours, knowledge and level of technical skills.  

When you’re not carrying out people management tasks, you’ll have your “Quality Assurance” hat on; reviewing the teams work to make sure we are delivering the best services possible to our clients.

You will also be responsible for allocating work to the team and making sure the team meets their SLAs.

It would be great if you had previous experience of working with payroll/benefits/pensions data, but it’s not essential.

Even better would be if you have had experience with SQL, but again not essential - we will train you up!
