We are looking for positive and customer orientated individuals to answer inbound calls from our clients and their employees. The role will involve resolving any queries relating to their flexible benefits packages via phone, post, or email and carrying out related administration.
You'll need a positive approach to customer service and have a history of exceeding expectations to deliver the fantastic service that we pride ourselves on. You'll be a real people person and multi-tasking comes naturally to you, so you're probably spinning plates whilst reading this ad.
Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal, equally your passion to deliver an outstanding service and ability to build relationships is just as important.
