It's Living Wage Week!

I'm thrilled to be celebrating our fifth Living Wage Week as an accredited Living Wage Employer! At Benefex, we know that our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that everyone should be fairly rewarded for the job they do. The Minimum Wage and National Living Wage might help people to just about make ends meet, but the Real Living Wage really helps employees to live. Life isn't just about paying bills, it's about spending time doing the things you enjoy as well, and that's why we're a proud Living Wage employer!

November 2020: The Real Living Wage has increased to £9.50/hour (£10.85/hour for those in London)! This differs from the government's National Living Wage, which currently stands at £8.72 for over-25s, and the Minimum Wage which is £8.20 for under-25s.

Benefex is the best supplier to work for

Being an accredited Living Wage Employer has really helped us support the wellbeing of our people. In October 2020, we were crowned 'Best Supplier to Work for' at the prestigious Employee Benefits Awards! We're thrilled to be recognised for everything that we do to make Benefex a great place to work - paying a Real Living Wage is a huge part of that.
