We worked with M&S to develop a scheme to appeal to all 70,000+ employees.

The impressive results saw a 100% increase on the number of employees who bought extra holiday, and the scheme picked up an award for ‘Best Flexible Benefits Plan’ at the Employee Benefits Awards 2014.

We developed a set of offline total reward statements (TRS) to engage employees with their employee benefits at ScottishPower.

Whilst engagement is often hard to measure with offline TRS, this project included three different versions with attached feedback forms and a competition. The scheme was also nominated for ‘Best Total Reward Statements’ at the Employee Benefits Awards 2015.


We worked with Wolseley to meet their objectives of positioning Wolseley as an Employer of Choice, and allowing employees to choose benefits that are important to them.

The scheme not only saw great results and won a Personnel Today Award, but received fantastic feedback from Neil McCawley at Wolseley, who said “having met the team [at Benefex], I knew that we would be able to work really well together”.
