We are delighted to be nominated for ‘Best flexible benefits provider’ and ‘Communications company of the year’ at the Reward Magazine VIB Awards, alongside our clients E.ON, Pernod Ricard and Wolseley who have also made the shortlist.

This exciting announcement sees E.ON shortlisted for ‘Best reward communications’, Pernod Ricard UK for ‘Best approach to total reward’ and Wolseley for ‘Best flexible benefits strategy’. Plus, Neil McCawley from Wolseley has been befittingly nominated for ‘Reward champion of the year’.

We’re also thrilled to see Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions in the ‘Best financial education provider’ category for the Money Works portal we work with them to deliver.

This news follows on from the Employee Benefits Awards shortlist announcement that saw Benefex clients Centrica, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Scottish Power and Experian making the shortlist.

Simon Andrew, Head of Engagement at Benefex understands the importance of winning industry awards, both for clients and as a provider. He says “it’s great to get recognised for six VIB awards. We put our heart and soul into every scheme and campaign, so it’s nice to see how that stacks up against the rest of the industry. It’s a benchmark for our own standards and always a talking point among our clients and prospects alike.”

The impressive judging panel included Charles Cotton and Jerome Dowding from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the winners will be announced at the first ever VIB Awards on Thursday 14th May.
