Baker Hughes, the global energy technology company, is rolling out OneHub to an additional 31 countries, across five continents over the next three years.

Working with Benefex, the plan means that on top of their existing UK population, a further 31,700 Baker Hughes employees will be able to access personalised benefits information and make benefit choices, wherever they are in the world. Through OneHub, employees will benefit from an award-winning experience supported by multi-lingual, chat-based support. The platform will also manage reimbursements and host policy and plan documentation in multiple languages and currencies. All of this will be supported by a comprehensive programme of targeted communications to help employees get the maximum value from everything that is available to them in each country.

Baker Hughes will additionally benefit from improved administrative efficiency through process automation, greater access to benefits data and a single partner to manage provider, payroll and MI reporting.

Speaking in advance of the launch, Magdalena Vintrova, Total Reward Director at Baker Hughes said, “We are excited to expand our relationship with Benefex to cover a number of strategically important countries and 88% of our global workforce. Their technology stands out for the consistent experience it offers our employees globally. We believe that the implementation will have a transformative impact and align benefits delivery with our brand as an energy technology company. This is a key step on our journey towards making our overall HR and Reward strategy a reality.”

Luke Palman, Global Account Director at Benefex said, “This is testament to the relationship we’ve built with Baker Hughes over numerous years. Working with their forward-thinking reward leaders, we will be creating an innovative and exceptional reward and benefits experience for both Baker Hughes employees and the wider Baker Hughes HR and Reward team.”
