Simon Andrew, Head of Engagement at Benefex recognises the importance of this renowned event, saying, “it’s great to see our clients shortlisted again for the EB awards. We’ve been regulars here for the past few years and it’s an important milestone in keeping Benefex at the forefront of the industry”.
This announcement follows on from the success of previous years, including 2014 where we picked up three awards; ‘Best Flexible Benefits Plan’ for retail client M&S, ‘Best Benefits Communications, Large Employer’ for E.ON and ‘Best Benefits Communications, Small Employer’ for another of our retail clients.
We also scooped the gong for ‘Best Benefits Communications, Small Employer’ in 2013 for our internal reward and benefit communications, plus the hat-trick of 2012 where Mondelez International picked up three awards for ‘Benefits Team of the Year’, ‘Best Communication Strategy’ and ‘Most Effective Use of a Flexible Benefits Plan’.
The 2015 winners will be announced on Friday 12th June in the Artillery Garden at the HAC. If past events are anything to go by, it promises to be a great day celebrating the best schemes in the industry. Good luck to everyone who has made the shortlist.
