Benefex, the world’s first Employee Experience software platform today announces the opening of a new office in Wroclaw, Poland. The announcement comes following the company’s recent launch of their new software platform, OneHub, the first of its kind within the HR space.

The new office will be focused on engineering and development, and the roles will start immediately. The expansion will support the aggressive ambitions of the global software business, with a further 25 roles being added over the next 12 months in the region.

The recruitment drive follows significant growth of Benefex’s client base over the past 24 months, which boasts household names such as Bank of America, Bank of England, BT, Centrica, Dentons LLP, E.ON, ITV and M&S. The award-winning technology business supports an impressive portfolio of FTSE 100 companies.

Today’s announcement follows continued growth in both the platform, vision and client base, having grown SaaS revenue over 10-fold since the launch of our first module in 2011. Benefex Founder and CEO, Matt Macri-Waller explains:

“Our primary objective as a tech business is to innovate, and our product roadmap over the next 18 months is incredibly exciting. Today’s announcement is significant in that we have achieved our first milestone within our three-year global expansion plan for the platform. “

“The phenomenal success can be attributed to the fact that organisations are still struggling to engage their people. In amongst transformational disruption that is taking place across HR, our clients want to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences to their employees. With OneHub we want to enable any organisation to build employee experiences which have meaning and purpose, designing them to maximise the outcome for both sides. Using OneHub, our clients are designing great employee experiences which drive engagement. So, we are delighted to finally announce the news of our new Polish office. It has taken considerable planning to ensure we found the right location and wealth of local talent to support our ambition.”

Macri-Waller added: “I would like to welcome our new Polish team to the business, and over the coming months we will be announcing further developments to our product to ensure we continue to deliver an exceptional experience at work, for everyone, every day.
