23rd April 2019, Southampton, UK – Benefex, the company behind employee experience platform OneHub, have announced a collaboration with Engage for Success – the growing movement of professionals promoting employee engagement – with the goal to bring practical advancements in workplace wellbeing.
Benefex is one of the founding partners of the new Engage for Success Wellbeing Thought Action Group (TAG), which will be comprised of HR professionals from the Government, the third sector and leading HR technology experts. Benefex will be represented by Gethin Nadin, Director of Employer Wellbeing.
Engage for Success first began research into employee wellbeing in 2014 and have since become an established name in the employee experience and engagement industry. In recent years, Benefex have taken a proactive approach to wellbeing, offering wellbeing benefits as part of their financial wellbeing ecosystem within their OneHub | Benefits suite. Most recently, Benefex has been working with fellows at King’s College London to gauge the current state of financial wellbeing through research and surveying HR leaders. Through their collaboration, Benefex and the Engage for Success Wellbeing TAG will aim to offer employers practical expertise to help them with their employee wellbeing strategies.
