Employee experience provider, Benefex, have taken home their seventh award in two weeks after being recognised as the Employee Benefits Provider of the Year at The Rewards 2017, hosted by Reward Strategy.
The progressive and prestigious awards, attended by the most innovative and disruptive names in the HR technology industry, were judged by experts from significant HR influencers such as PwC, CIPP, and Kuehne + Nagel. The evening was a celebration of the very best in technology, professional services, pensions, management, and payroll.
Matt Macri-Waller, Founder and CEO of Benefex, said:
“It’s a huge honour to take home the title of ‘Employee Benefits Provider of the Year’. Our OneHub platform is designed to focus on the employee experience, and reward and benefits are obviously key to this. We’ve been established in this space for many years now, and we’re proud to keep progressing, not rest on our laurels, and remain the leading provider of innovative, agile, and forward-thinking technology.”
Adam Mason, Consulting Director, added:
“Providing unparalleled service to our clients has hugely contributed to winning this award. Alongside our incredible OneHub platform, I’m so proud of the service that our team at Benefex offers to our fantastic clients. Being the overarching winner of ‘Employee Benefits Provider of the Year’ cements our standing as number one for innovation, and number one for service. Our focus is on the employee experience, so it’s a huge achievement to see that the hard work we put into employee benefits research, service and technology is so ahead of the market curve.”
This award win joins Benefex’s recent achievements at the InfluenceHR awards in Las Vegas, where they won four awards including ‘Best in Show’, and the ACQ5 Global Awards 2017 in October. Luckily, an office re-design is imminent at Benefex, so additional trophy cabinet space will be incorporated into this.
