Springer Nature chooses Benefex technology to deliver benefits, communications, and support

Springer Nature, a leading research, educational and professional publisher, has partnered with Benefex to deliver employee benefits to their UK employees through OneHub. 

Springer Nature has around 9,000 employees operating in 45 countries worldwide. For over 180 years, Springer Nature has been advancing discovery by publishing robust and insightful research and supporting the development of new areas of knowledge, to make ideas and information accessible around the world. 

Through OneHub, employees will benefit from an award-winning benefits experience, accompanied by chat-based support and a branded and personalised communications plan. This is the first time Springer Nature has rolled out a benefits platform in the UK and they are looking to enhance their benefits offering and reduce administration within the reward team. 

Speaking in advance of the launch, Springer’s UK Reward Manager, Lisa Marie Hurst said “Benefex will have such an impact. I was really impressed with OneHub’s user experience and its ability to handle all our administration. The team has been quite bogged down with lengthy processes and the automation that OneHub brings means the Reward team can stop dealing with multiple administrative and technical queries and start focussing on strategy.”
