Commander Chris New is the Royal Navy’s lead for diversity and inclusion. He joined us to share the story of the Royal Navy’s journey to becoming a Stonewall Top Employer, along with how they used the force’s values and ‘whole force concept’ to create an inclusive environment. Chris also imparts some wisdom for anyone who has recently taken on responsibility for D&I and shares his insight into capturing employee sentiment in a uniquely shaped workforce.
