Nearly half of organisations say they now have a workplace wellbeing strategy. Of those that don’t, almost 85% say they are planning on introducing one within the next three years. However, employers are suffering due to lack of board action for employee wellbeing.
Despite almost 70% of organisations saying their boards support a wellbeing agenda, only around 7% report that their board actively drives such an agenda. As the economic and moral arguments to promote financial wellbeing at work take hold, employers are seeing pressure increase from charities, experts and the Government.
