Setting the scene: Wellbeing at work

Nearly half of organisations say they now have a workplace wellbeing strategy. Of those that don’t, almost 85% say they are planning on introducing one within the next three years. However, employers are suffering due to lack of board action for employee wellbeing.

Our report will help you build the business case to obtain board level buy-in for financial wellbeing as a core part of an employee’s overall wellbeing.
