Listen in to David, Sian & Gethin

Listen in to two Benefex Forum speakers – David Beeney, and Sian Myers – as they chat with Gethin Nadin  about the possible mental hurdles our people will have to overcome when returning to work.

While the majority of us look forward to the world getting ‘back to normal’, the coronavirus has taught us a lot about flexible working, emotional health, and our dependence on social connections.

Sian, Gethin and David talk us through how we can work with employees to protect their mental wellbeing as we readjust to the new, new normal.
