Listen in to Andrea Pattico
Following the death of George Floyd on 25th May, the spotlight on racial inequality (on both sides of the Atlantic) is shining more intensely than at any other time in the 21st Century. The world is set to change for the better, and for good. When it comes to the workplace, HR needs to be the driving force in embedding true diversity and inclusion in our organisations’ DNA.
Gethin Nadin is joined by Andrea Pattico, Chief People Officer at MVF – second on The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For in 2020 to talk about the real, practical measures HR can take today to ensure their rewards and benefits are completely inclusive. Using their insight into a range of areas, from inequalities in healthcare, to the ethnicity pay gap, Andrea and Gethin can help HR address this critical issue.
Gethin is a psychology graduate who has been helping some of the world’s largest organisations to improve their employee experience and wellbeing for almost two decades. The last 9 years have been spent working as part of the senior leadership team here at Benefex.
