Listen in to the diversity experts

In the fight to make workplaces completely inclusive, many employers hesitate to take action, for fear of saying or doing the wrong thing. This inertia often leads to employees continually feeling alienated from their colleagues, disconnected from their employer, and uncomfortable with bringing their whole selves to work – particularly those in the LGBT+ community.

Trish Driver from A New Normal, Cheryl Morgan from The Diversity Trust and Benefex’s own Gethin Nadin surface the challenges that many LGBT+ employees face every day, and tackle employers' fears, so that they can better support their whole workforce's wellbeing.
