This session with Lockton Employee Benefits offers clear, evidence-based guidance that employers can use to steer their benefits schemes successfully into 2021. From looking at the benefits that have supported employees in 2020, to benefits trends and employee behaviours that will need consideration for the next year, it’s a great opportunity for Reward leaders to get a head-start on their schemes, and make sure they’re delivering a meaningful offering to their employees, while maximising the value of their benefits plans.
